Why am I not getting any sound from my back speaker?

I am having trouble hearing sound from the speaker that is located on the back of the Motorola Moto G. What can I do to resolve this issue?

옵션

First check if your phone is under warranty. Next check volume settings and make sure they are turned up. Next turn phone completely off to reset. If phone not under warranty you may need to replace the speaker.
