As I was running down the stairs, I tripped over my cat, fluffy, and dropped my device. Now the screen on my device will not turn on. I have tried charging it, but that still does not work. Please help.

You probably need to replace your display. You can do so by following this guide: Display Replacement Guide

i had the same problem but i did not drop it. i replaced it under warranty though so im good
