Verizon iPhone 4 has WiFi greyed out and no WiFi address
I have a Verizon iPhone 4 and the WiFi is greyed out and cannot be selected to be turned off or on. The bluetooth also does not work.
I have tried many different methods including changing the WiFi antenna, blow dryer, freezer (stupid I know but I am desperate), cleaning all the components with isopropyl alcohol, and making sure the screws are in the right place.
Since there is no WiFi address displayed under settings, I discovered through research that I most likely need to replace the WiFi Chip. This seems pretty common for the 4S but I cannot find anything online regarding the iPhone 4.
I know how to do a cold swap on the part, I just need to know which one to get and where it is located on the logic board if you think that is the problem.
I believe that I need to replace the Murata RS KMOD16104 shown in the link below but cannot find any info on where to purchase.
I can only find this part below but I am not sure if this is the correct part or where it is located on the Verizon iPhone 4. I think this might be for the GSM version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have spent the last 3 days researching and trying different methods and nothing has worked.
