Password says been disabled due to security issue

I go to get app put in password then say its been disabled due to security reason so I go to reset and try again and it's the same thing I've changed the password Five times Help!

옵션

I would check the account through iTunes on a laptop/desktop. There might be some questions or something that is preventing the account to be authorized. Or even a payment issue.
