Camera doesn't turn on after cleaning

Hi,

I have one SD700IS, I opened and cleaned it. Now, after closing, it does not turn on. Can you help me what should I do or what should I check.

Did you disassemble it to make sure everything is properly connected? did you check the batteries and the proper orientation?
