today i brought my iPad mini into repairs not completely sure if it will be definitely fixed. so thats why I'm here I'm wondering if they replace the screen will they put in a new digitilizer cable? and if so will that make the home button and the touch screen start working again? thanks for all help!

No it isn't getting fixed at an Apple Store its at one of those stall things in shopping malls
Mack bit of useless information "a restore"
Out of all the hundreds of repairs iv done I have never had to restore a phone to get it to function after a repair
Never asked were you are getting it repaired
But they will do what I stated previously
