Asus Fonepad 7 internet access suddenly down for no reason?

internet suddenly disabled even though WIFI connected and tested OK (3G no good either) Have tried turning off and then back on. Searched fruitlessly in settings for a clue.. no luck.

loath to reset. any other options?

it could be your wireless driver please uninstall it and install once again and disable updates for some time
