My ps vita is constntly scrolling up by itself (menus, games etc)

Hi my ps vita (the old fat oled model) keeps scrolling up as if someone is holding up on the dpad.

This randomly occurred, no water damage, no physical damage etc. i've tried everything from resetting, reinstalling, re updating, formatting. Basically i've tried everything i could possibly do.

has anyone had this problem. I even tried to open it up and clean inside but no luck.

I'm having the same problem on my slim model, and it's been happening more frequently and for greater periods of time. I remapped the button to act as the R button to check that it was an issue with the button itself and sure enough once I did that it would move right on the LiveArea screens.
