The screen is replaced, but the issue started some time after that. Have tried to swap battery, charging port and screen, but the issue remains. No obvious damage to the mb. Where should I look further?
Please see video of the issue here, sorry for bad quality, but I think you can see whats going on. Anybody else seen this?

Did you try to restore/DFU mode?
I cannot play the video properly so im just asking, does it pop a blue screen just before the bootloop starts again?

Forgot to say that I have also tried to restore. And no blue screen, just a blink of black screen before starting over again.
I watched the video after downloading it, and even though it does not show a blue screen, the "flash" of black on top seems the same.
Could u try removing the shielding over the flex cables from the screen to the mainboard? See if it boots when the shield is not on there and the screws are out.
It might be that u accidently switched one or two of the screws there and damaged the mainboard.
The shield over the connections was of when I made the video. I have also inspected the holes through a microscope as I did this mistake with swapping screws with a 5s one time. Learned the hard way, took some hours with microscope and soldering to fix it again... :-(
