The battery does not charge even if it stays plugged in
If I try to plug it in directly from the socket the battery won't charge.
The tables is new, it has been used for about 6 months. Please help me out.

Hello guys,
Theory
Due to internal leakage any kind of battery can be drain to zero. but lithium iron and lithium polymer batteries, internal leakage is very less but in few months battery can be goes to dead. if battery is removable you can bring it back to life giving high charge (3C - PMW) unfortunately you have non-removable battery hence your power management have to do lots of work to bring back the battery to life.
How to do it
Charge the battery around 4Hrs then press reset button and charge again 4 Hrs.
Again press reset button and keep charge 4Hrs. your tab will be breath back

I have change the battery and still not charging..
the battery is good, i tested it in other unit.

Check the PM IC
I have the same problem. Tryed to change the battery but it did´nt work :`(..
also tried to change charger port but it did not work either..
Any suggestion?

Same problem here. It is wide spread and known problem, but it seems that Samsung is ignoring it. To bad.
