xbox disk tray not opening
everytime i press the eject button on xbox one no sound plus disk tray dont open whys this

I've seen several of these that have a faulty button or ribbon cable that can cause this problem. There's no way to know for sure if this is the case with yours without being able to look at it but that's the first place I would start.

Will try to check ribbon, but am afraid I'll do more damage
You can always just take it to a repair shop.
