iFixit users,
I haven't experienced any issues with my Panasonic HC-V110 device other than when I try to upload the media to my computer.
I think I may be having trouble with properly connecting the USB cord from the camcorder to the computer, but I don't know what the problem is exactly.
Is there a specific port on the computer that I need to connect the cord to?
Someone please help me!

Hey there!
First off I would try restarting your computer. If that does not work, you may be using the wrong cord. Make sure you are using the USB cord, not the HDMI cord. That should hopefully solve your problem.
