Touch on my Iphone 5 will not work, I can not "slide to unlock"

I know the monitor works, because I tried it on another iPhone 5,

I have even tried holding both buttons and waited until the apple came, but without result,

The phone has been in parts, but it should not have the touches that make????

I was sure that all parts ended up in the right place

please can anyone help me?

usually no touch on iPhone 5 is drop damage to the primary touch ic on the board---not repairable.

The only case that is repairable is damage to the connector itself or local components--take a hard look at the board under magnification
