98 chevy k1500 wiring issues?

so, I've got 98 K1500....just replaced the tail lights, control panels, and bulbs....left side brake light doesn't work, and left side turn signal doesn't work (rear)....turn signals blink rapidly every where else. Context: just put new brakes and brake lines in, and all of the sudden, the a/c, heat doesn't blow air. all fuses appear to be ok...need some help....any suggestions???

Check wiring plug under truck rear frame usually left side were you would plug in and interrupter for trailer lights , as far as Air ck circuit Braker under hood driver side black box on or about wheel well or sometimes mounted on fire wall behind black plastic cover if all ok then test wires on starter they have inline fuses .
