2 Why will my volume not get loud?
When the volume buttons are pressed, the sound does not get any louder.

i. If you cannot turn up the volume because the button is stuck then the problem is likely with the volume rocker and not the speakers.
ii. If the volume rocker is functional then it is likely that there is a problem with the speakers. There is most likely something inside the tablet blocking the sound from leaving the speakers. The tablet will need to be taken apart so you can clean the speakers from the inside.
