Why is my brake alert going off when it is not on?

While i am driving my brake alert goes off when it is not applied. the sound continues until the vehicle comes to a complete stop then activates once vehicle accelerates

Check your brake fluid. It's dot3 if you need to top it up. You should have your lines checked for leaks if your fluid is low.
