Why is my a1151 cursor frozen?
The macwhen it is turned on reads that it is not connected to internet (it is), then when I try to move the cursor it won't move.

Try starting up from your system installation disk ( C key) to see if there is something physical wrong with your trackpad. If it starts up and the trackpad works then it's a software problem. If so, go the second page pull down menu to Utilities -> Disk Utility and repair the hard drive.

Have you tried re-booting, resetting pram and such things?
- If yes:
Try to connect an USB mouse. If that works, your trackpad is probably the issue.
The trackpad may be broken, or a lose or broken cable could be the issue.
Remove the upper case.
Follow this guide:

But stop after step 10.
Check cables and connections for visual damage and make sure that everything is connected.
Put it back together and report back how it went.
Oh, and clean up the inside of your machine with some canned air when your in there.

Boot holding down CMD-OPT-P-R.
This is yo reset your pram. To be quite honest I'm not sure what it does, but it sometimes works and I always try it when I have a problem.
