The first video (labeled part one) shows the way i got it,the second vid is with the new digitizer.

Whats weird is that its different types of Zebra

What is my next move?

Hi it seems to be that the flex cables are not connected properly, unplug them and try again and make sure there is no dirt in between the contacts.

is there Specific flex cable that you are talking about ?
