I have an iPhone 4 that was ran over I replaced everything on it screen lcd battery homebutton and speaker wifi antenna and cellular antenna everything was done correctly but still can't read sim says searching or no sim can the sim reader be damaged and if so replaced?

It certainly can be fixed. But it would takes a look under a microscope to identify what was damaged. A small IC oder a track. It just needs to be resoldered but you need specail equipment for microsoldering.
