Where do I find the seal for the Digitizer Glass?

We can locate the Digitizer Glass, But where can we find the seal that goes between the digitizer Glass and the Display Screen?

The manufacture wants me to send the phone in so they can charge me for the seal and any other part they wish to replace with out a price quote.
