Why is my mobile going hot when I connect charger.
When I connect chareger my mobile Samsung galaxy note3 SM-N900 is being too hot.

Because heat is the most basic form of energy. When you charge your phone, extra current is going through the phone which produces heat. Every phone heats up some when you charge them, some more then others.

i think all the note 3 mobile phones does that issue -- buy new battry and find good charger and test it's mha by samsung charging current the best charger gives U 1.9 mha

Anything that heats up when charging is most likely shorted out. Have you determined where it gets hot, or exactly which part heats up?
