Hi Abigail,

Well, you don't "re-install" an eMachine. When we talk about re-installing we are typically talking about software, things like Google Chrome browser, Microsoft Word, iTunes, etc. eMachine is a full computer, the physical make-up is called the hardware.

So, is there a program, like iTunes, which was working and now is not? Or, is the computer itself not working, such as not turning on?

Well, you don't "re-install" an eMachine. When we talk about re-installing we are typically talking about software, things like Google Chrome browser, Microsoft Word, iTunes, etc. eMachine is a full computer, the physical make-up is called the hardware.

So, is there a program, like iTunes, which was working and now is not? Or, is the computer itself not working, such as not turning on?
