So I dropped my phone earlier today and the outisde glass cracked and the inside screen cracked. My phone still comes on the it flickers and I cant really see the screen and the touch screen part doesnt work any more. Can it be fixed or do I need a new phone.

It sounds like the digitizer and LCD are both damaged, so you'll want to replace the full display assembly. As long as there isn't any kind of logic board damage sustained during the fall, a new display assembly should work great. You can find some options for parts here: [[ 잘못된 부품 링크 ]]
