Xbox turning off when loading a disc or netflix

I have researched, and even been inside the Xbox one, checked the board with a multimeter, and removed each part and inspected them to find the source of the problem. When I power my Xbox one on, it turns on with no problem. I recently installed a game and once I try to load it, the system turns off. does it on Netflix, or basically anything that requires more power than what the main screen requires. I am trying to pinpoint what may be the problem, hopefully I can get some answers from my fellow techs. Thank you.
