Display colour fade at bottom about 1 inch height

My iPhone 5s screen got strange colour fade-out at bottom of the screen and it is about one inch height. I haven't had any physical damages to the phone and there is no any marks about unknown damages too. Those colour faded area also showing images but colours are not true. Touch is working smoothly. Do I have to replace the screen and what will be the cause to this.
