I spilled water accidentally over the keyboard of my macbook pro last night. The computer turned off and then i let it drying for 5 hours. After that i tried to turn it on and it worked. Now it is working perfectly . Do you think is necessary to open it??

I would pull the battery and the AC and continue to let it dry for another 24 hours. Five hours is not long enough, and it's not safe to assume it's dry just because it's working.
Personally, I'd spend the 10 minutes it takes to pop the topcase, and clean up any residue you find with q-tips and rubbing alcohol. Especially if it's under warranty, you really want to do this, because the fact that water has been inside will likely be readily apparent when an Apple tech goes inside, if you don't clean it up. But since it was only water, I don't think it's absolutely critical that you go inside, especially if it functions fine, and the keys are not sticking.

if you got it going, you should to check for damage like
corossion and remove it with >90% isopropal alcahol if theres any corrosion and check the computers condition internally but try not to do any more damage
