after I rebooted my phone I cannot receive txt messages on time.
Right after i rebooted my phone, i have to turn my phone off for 10 minutes in order to receive my messages. Or sometimes i will still not receive all of them until 2 days later. I have tried everything, updating the phone and still nothing. Please help i would really appreciate it Thanks.

I did do that but it did nothing. Now i cannot receive or send pictures
