hotpoint LFT 321 HX UK - The washer stops after a few minutes and the number 11 flashes on the console, I have cleaned the filter and tried turning it off at the mains.

The #11 error means that the washer has not filled properly or drained properly and has timed out. This is probably a float switch issue. There are 3 float switches:
WD12X10051 Dome Float
WD12X10047 Float
WD12X10048 Stem Float
