My phone is failling to charge.
It started by giving a low percentage when charging. instead of percentages going up, thereafter it gave me a question mark sign, then it completely went off. it cant charge anymore.

David mthobwa, try to charge it with the wall charger for 15 mins. Then, while its still plugged in, hold vol down and lock buttons for 10 secs, repeat until phone vibrates. Disconnect from charger hold the same buttons again and it should vibrate again and start up. Then get it back on the charger. This was an issue with the 800 and 900 series Lumia and usually appeared after firmware update. Of course you can and should also try a new battery. that way you have a known-good starting point.

While I am trying to find a solution, no way you have warranty on this phone? It looks like Nokia does have issues with that.
I bought this phone in one of the shops here in Malawi in February 2015. they only stamped on the pack as three months warranty but I think Nokia gives more than that. how can I get this be fixed... I enjoyed using this model I want my phone please
Have you tried a new battery? what else have you checked?

Have tried a new battery nothing comes out. I tried to exchange my battery with my friends phone surprisingly my battery worked on his phone.
