I think it is broken

Okay so one day I was in the car with my mom and I had my tablet it powered off because it was dead. I then plugged it up into a car charger got out the car and went into the store and when I came back out it was making this weird beeping sound and when i tried to turn it on the Chromo INC would come up then the battery would come up and then the screen goes white please help me fix my problem,Thank you
