My phone doesn't turn on anymore, I don't know why.
My screen is broken but it was still able to see everything, but one day it just turned off and never turned back on. i bought a new battery and it's not that.

If you have damaged the screen, you could have possibly damage the LCD with it, try having a new LCD installed on the device and also check to see if your phones On / Off button is working correctly

How much would it cost to get a new LCD? How do i check if my ON/Off button is working?
You can purchase a screen below from iFixit, the link is as follows; Galaxy Note 3 (T-Mobile / AT&T) Screen
You will have to disassemble the phone and check the flex unit itself, if it clicks and so forth. If there is no click, you will need to clean underneath the silver contact of the button of any dirt that may be under there.
Also make sure your chargers are working and that the battery has at least a little bit of charge inside it.
