I opened iPhone 5 and now it wont work

The display was getting out of the phone so i openned it and put the screen in its place again, i think that maybe in that process i srewed up the display because now its not working, the phone doesnt turn on and the mute button dont do anything, the only thing that happens is that when i plug the charger it repetedly make a "beep" sound, the same one that does when its connected to the charger.

any ideas of what is going on?

i already unpluged and plug again the battery like 3 times and double checked that all the connections i unpluged are correctly pluged back again in their place.
