hello!

i have a question about installation Core i7-4790K into imac 27 late 2013 (EMC2639)

Core i7-4790K comes with imac 27 Retina 5K and has a same lithography 22 nm but more thermal characteristics increased 88W/84W previous

this processor will work in late 2013 mainboards?and what about heatsink? imac 27 Retina 5k has a same heatsink as imac 27 late 2013?

i,m to try to install this processor (devil's canyon) !

system is not started!

i'm assembly my imac with old processor. only haswell architectures are supported

it seems to be a different EFI system. chipset 8 series suport this core
