My camera keeps coming in and out of focus. I can't take a clear picture!

There is a possibility that your camera software is acting up. Try to restart your phone and reopen your camera app to see if it has worked. If that does not seem to do the trick, you may need to replace your camera on your phone. Please refer to Samsung Exhibit II 4G troubleshooting page.
