Why does my battery drain so fast after it is turned on?

A few minutes after the phone is turned on the battery drains. Is it the phone booster or cleaning apps that are installed that cause the battery to drain or is it the internet?

Pop the back off and see if the battery is bloated. If you lay it flat spin it and it keeps spinning its bloated and needs replaced, if its not that its hard to diagnosis without the device.
