iPad mini 2 Backlight on, NO DISPLAY

I have looked everywhere for a solution to this but have yet to find one. I have a customers iPad mini 2 here. One of my Techs replaced the broken Digitizer and after the repair the screen would push no display. The backlight comes on, but there is no picture. I have tried new LCDs with no luck. No visible damage that I can see even with my microscope. I feel like I've tried everything but sacrificing 12 baby goats while humming stairway to heaven backwards. Any suggestions would be fantastic.
