headphone jack on the k850i??
this device has no such thing - it has a fast port connector.
if the fast port connector didn't work - clean it.
most SE devices i had with fast port failures were dirty or hat a nice verdigris "layer" on it - clean it carefully, do not use any fluids except isopropyl alcohol (>90%) - and even then - remove the battery!
you can use an old toothbrush for the cleaning job (sure - a new one would work too - but don't use it afterwards for your teeth - it might taste a little bit "funny" ;-) )
