Why is my console lagging with good conection?

My xbox one is lagging horribly online both on screen and button lag. All devices are up to date, internet and wifi connection is quit good and i also tried ethernet but still super bad lag. All around the console seems slower or lags in some way. ? Is does anyone know what part to repair or how to fix this issue? Any help appreciated
