i broke mine ,and a few pins broke ,i cant seem to find it on ebay, any help please? (it has a black latch )

Yes they can be replaced and the only place I am aware of to buy a new 20 pin fpc flex connector is from the site I have linked below. I have a few M7 on hand and from your description I am guessing that you are not talking about the micro usb connector/ microphone flex cable. Sounds to me like you are looking for the actual connector that is on the motherboard that the micro usb/microphone connects to. I am not able to view your photos either, so I hope if Israel didn't answer your question that I may have been able to help.

I can't see your pictures but the micro USB port can be replaced in this model. Look up your phone model and add charging port to the end. You'll see several options.
