3 seconds at apple logo, then powers off

Have replaced the battery: no change

Replaced the front/top screen and cables: no change

Swapped out internals with a like unit - seems to be problem on logic board

-Anyway to get the data off the board- need the data if at all possible.

(not scared of soldering and small parts)
