1 Galaxy Note 8.0 not charging after new charge port replacement
My Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Tablet was not charging at all and very suddenly. I ordered and replaced the charging port according to the guide that is provided on this website. The new charge port worked for exactly one week, but now I have the same issue. The device won't charge. Device powers on and all other functions work properly. I disconnected and reconnected the battery and charge port with no luck. Please let me know what the problem could be. I can't imagine the charge port I got was faulty since it worked for a week perfectly. Please help.

Did you get the replacement charger port from China?

I may have, It wasn't from USA because I no longer live in the US. Does this cause issues?

Ok, so I disassembled it, then put it back together. This made it charge. worked for about 2 days, then stopped again... I am going to disassemble and put it back together again in hopes it works, but there must be an underlying issue here... Any thoughts?

I am doing this daily. this time it isn't working yet, but if I disassemble and reassemble it enough times, it seems to work eventually. Please, someone, help.
