Xbox one Not receiving power
I got this well knowing the system was broken. Got it today and plugged it into my power brick and nothing, no sound or lights. Took it apart to the bare bones and switched the front board with the working one and nothing, tried using the working faceplate in hoping the ribbon wire was broken. Still not the issue...I'm thinking the motherboard needs to be swapped. Opinions? Suggestions?

I just opened the disc drive out of curiosity and out pops up two loose wires. Could that be the issue there?

Unfortunately no it wasn't the solution. I've done a reflow on the motherboard and still nothing. I think the ecm is fried
