Full Tear Down / RAM upgrade

Does anyone know how to (Step by step or with a video guide preferably) take this machine apart for a full tear down ? Curious as to whether or not I can upgrade mine with more RAM. Crucial and Speccy detect 2 RAM slots and I think the other slot is on the other side of the board , if so how do I get to it ? Interested in also knowing whether or not this can support an msata drive as well.
