Phone not catching any cellular network

Hi,

My phone fell down. No outer damage but it does not catch any cellular network.

Does this mean it is a hardware issue. If so do I just have to replace the motherboard or any thing else.

Please let me know how to fix this issue. If parts need to be changed then please list down all the parts.
