Battery is stuck on DV 6000 laptop the latch on open position

The problem is battery is stuck on DV 6000 laptop the latch on open position open all the way to the right and still it would not open then what to Do?

옵션

Try to fully remove the latch, remove any tabs, then use tape to hold in the latch. This should be a temporary fix, it will work though.
