My Galaxy S3 dropped on the ground after that the sounds comin from phone were so ugly : ( i tried to change only the speaker but no success. So i have to change the motherboard and i`m askin is it possible to take motherboard from Galaxy S 3 Neo which is absoliutely the same phone with some better specs or i have to put motherboard from S3?

for things like this specs do not matter what matters is the layout of the board. short answer is probably going to be a no. long answer you would need to look at the boards physical size from every direction including the height of the components, the look at how the components are arranged. you will then have to make sure that your carrier will support the new guts of the device as well.
