My zoom is stuck and will not close. picture is blurred won't do anything.

Marie, sounds like you are having Lens issues. here are some great suggestions to try. Ultimately it sounds like a replacement. Individual parts for the mechanism are hard to get. I would consider replacing the complete lens. Here is the guide for that.
