My tablet wont charge I have tried everything in my eyes, turn the brightness down turn on airplane mode but it still wont charge. It still has the white lightning symbol which means its charging but the charge just decreases. Please help.

Try rebooting your device. You can do this by holding down the power button and volume button at the same time. If this doesn’t work then try carefully moving your charger around in the port to see if the port is broken or damaged. It could also be the charger. Try using different chargers in different outlets. If that doesn’t work, then you might have to take it to a repair shop.
