The take apart isn't labeled as to which antenna goes to which connected on the Bluetooth / Airport card. Cable colours are indistinct and unreliable
Which connector does the Airport antenna connect to?

Be sure to check out step 10. The airport antenna has been moved in this pic. to the other side of the mini, but you can trace the cable to where it connects on the bottom left of the airport/bluetooth board, from this pov.

I don't think it matters, except for the ease of routing the wires...I usually note that 'memory' in the wires will indicate which goes where.
