Camera Unit won't connect to the WiFi, why?

I keep trying to connect the Monitor and Camera Unit to the WiFi, but it's not working no matter what I do.

Poor signal quality can result from low power. First make sure the camera and monitor unit are properly charged. Many common household features can also cause interference and problems with the connection. Make sure that the device is moved away from objects such as TVs, microwaves, and any devices that use a 2.4 GHz wifi signal.
